The application instructions have been updated on March 28, 2025. The update clarifies the instructions for submitting sources. From now on, all sources must be submitted as files attached to the application. Previously, hyperlinks were also allowed if the source was freely available on the internet. From now on, hyperlinks will only be allowed if the source cannot be saved in file format.
The updated instructions apply to applications submitted on or after April 1, 2025.
