Medicinal products subject to the price notification procedure

The Pharmaceuticals Pricing Board publishes a list of medicinal products subject to the price notification procedure in pdf format at least 30 days before the start of each reference price period. In addition, the Pharmaceuticals Pricing Board publishes an Excel file listing the medicinal products subject to the price notification procedure either under the reference price system or the generic substitution system.

Price notifications regarding medicinal products included in the sphere of the price notification procedure must be submitted at least 21 days before the start of the reference price period. If the holder of the marketing authorisation does not submit the price notification within the time stipulated, the medicinal product’s reimbursability will terminate at the beginning of the reference price period.
